Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery within 2–3 business days. Orders are processed within 1 business day, and a tracking number is sent via email once the shipment is on its way.
Most items are machine washable on a gentle cold cycle. Turning garments inside out before washing helps preserve color and fabric quality. Tumble drying on low heat or laying flat to dry is recommended — high heat can cause shrinkage or damage to certain materials. Always check the care label on each individual piece for specific instructions.
All items are covered by a manufacturing defect warranty for 90 days from the date of purchase. This covers issues like faulty stitching, broken zippers, or defective hardware — not general wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, reaching out to the support team with photos and the original order details is the quickest way to get it resolved.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original tags attached. To start a return, the order confirmation email and the retailer’s return portal are all that’s needed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received.
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with chest, waist, and hip measurements to help find the right fit. Sizing tends to run true to standard measurements, though fit notes are included on individual listings where applicable. If the size doesn’t work out, exchanges are easy to process through the same return portal.
